Why doesn’t the load current flow in PCZ1000A even when I turn the load on and set the load current setting?

The power setting might be set to 0 W.
Turn the load off and press P SET to set the maximum power value to be consumed.
Then, press I SET to set the current limit value and press LOAD to turn on the load.
