Why does the DANGER LED light up briefly when I connect the test lead to the DUT with TOS5300 series?

The DANGER LED turns on when a voltage of approximately ±30 V or more is detected at the output terminals.
This may occur due to:

1. Accumulated electrical charge on the DUT
2. Dielectric noise

For safety:

• Check the voltage of the DUT.
• Thoroughly discharge any accumulated electrical charge.
