The short-circuit current ratings are:
- AC withstanding voltage test: 200 mA or more (when the output voltage is 1.0 kV or more)
- DC withstanding voltage test (TYP): 40 mA (when generating 6 kV output) *TOS5301 only
- Insulation resistance test: 12 mA or less *TOS5302 only
