What should I do if PWR-01 series does not switch to the local mode by pressing the LOCAL key?

If PWR-01 received a local lockout (llo) command, all panel keys are locked including the LOCAL key.
Send the “SYST:LOC” command to clear the local lockout (llo) and switch to the local mode.
