How can I get the IR test result when running the automatic test (AUTO TEST: IR → ACW)? I get the ACW result only if I send the RES? command.

To obtain the result of the insulation resistance test (IR) in AUTO TEST:

1. Send the RES? command immediately after the IR is completed, but before the AC withstanding voltage test (ACW) begins. This will give you the IR result.
   When you send RES? after the entire sequence is completed, you’ll only get the ACW result.
   This is because the ACW result overwrites the IR result in memory.

Notes:
• In AUTO TEST, a PASS result is returned only if all tests in the sequence pass.
• To get both IR and ACW results separately, you need to query after each individual test.
