Let’s take PLZ-5W series as an example.
The slew rate can be achieved in the following situations:
– The load current starts to rise by turning the load on.
– PLZ-5W series performs the switching or sequence function.
The slew rate is the change of the load current per unit of time, which is how much the load current changes from 0 to 100% in each setting range.

If the above conditions are met, but the slew rate cannot be achieved, the load cable voltage may have dropped.
Check the voltage waveform at the DC input terminal with an oscilloscope that the voltage is within the operating voltage range of PLZ-5W series, which is from 0.25 to 150 V.
