Yes, you can monitor them via the J1 connector. The J1-10 pin is the output voltage monitoring terminal (V_MON), the J1-3 pin is the output current monitoring terminal (I_MON), and the J1-7 pin is the common ground (COM) terminal for V_MON and I_MON.
