Engineer
Job Duties
- Perform service engineering activities and provide technical support for the company’s products and related projects such as dc power supplies, ac power supplies, electronic loads, telecommunication measuring instruments, withstanding voltage testers, insulation testers, earth continuity tester, leakage current tester, and calibrators to clients by diagnosing equipment issues, delivering troubleshooting solutions and training customers and personnel on the proper operation, maintenance and technical aspects of company products.
- Develop and implement repair policies, procedures and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliable performance, longevity and efficient servicing of the company’s products deployed at client sites.
- Investigate product defects and failures by conducting root cause analyses, inspecting damaged components and preparing detailed technical reports with corrective action recommendations for management review and product improvement.
- Provide repair, calibration and technical support services to local agents and their engineers to ensure the company’s products meet performance specifications, quality standards and operational requirements.
- Support sales activities by responding to technical inquiries, providing product expertise, conducting remote diagnostics and delivering on-site technical assistance to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent plus five years of progressive experience in job offered, electrical engineering or related work.
Salary
$162,011.00/year
