No, the OVP and OCP functions cannot be enabled. However, you can use the V-LIMIT and I-LIMIT functions instead.
OVP and OCP will turn off the output, while V-LIMIT and I-LIMIT will limit the output with the panel display and beep sounds without turning off the output.
